  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can write to our customer support team at care@godrejcp.com or call us on 1800 266 0007. In case the shipment has not been shipped yet before your cancellation request, we can initiate a refund within 24 to 48 hours and the money will be refunded to your account within 5 to 7 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our customer care team at care@godrejcp.com or call us on 1800 266 0007. Order cannot be cancelled once shipment is dispatched from our fulfilment centre.

  • What is the return/exchange policy?

    The items sold on the website once sold, are non-returnable due to its consumable nature.

  • What are the payment modes available?

    We offer Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and cash on delivery services for purchase of products.

  • How long would it take for the refund process for a cancelled order?

    In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24 to 48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Godrej Professional coupons, which can be used during future purchases.

  • How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

    In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • How are items packaged?

    We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

  • I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

    Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or a cancellation and refund. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to within 24 to 48 hours:
    • Step 1: Contact our customer care team via email at within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order
    • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product with outer packing items including shipment labels and the invoice for our reference.
    • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2 to 4 business days only if the packaging is intact with the shipment labels provided by us. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only once the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

  • Which items cannot be returned/exchanged?

    The items sold on the website once sold, are non-returnable due to its consumable nature.

  • Do you offer cash on delivery?

    Yes, we do offer cash on delivery. However some pin codes do not support cash on delivery. If you cannot choose the cash on delivery option at checkout, please kindly choose an alternative online payment method.

  • What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

    Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you have redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

  • Which categories are not eligible for Return?

    Customized products cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand

  • How does the delivery process work

    Once our system processes your order, the products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. We will be sharing regular updates with you regarding your order via SMS and email as mentioned on the site.

  • Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

    Free shipping is applicable on all orders above Rs. 900. For all cash on delivery orders above Rs. 550, there will be a fee of Rs. 20 charged. For all orders under Rs. 550, there will be a standard delivery charge of Rs. 30. Orders less than Rs. 200 are not permitted.

  • My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

    Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. Normally we do not dispatch part shipments, in case this happens then we will generate an invoice only on the dispatched product. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/cash on delivery charge if applicable, and on the package you receive.

  • My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier partner that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • What is the range of locations to which Godrej Professional ships their products?

    Godrej Professional ships to all serviceable pin codes designated by our courier partners in India.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    We usually dispatch most orders within 1 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). In some cases shipments are delayed due to force majeure.

  • Does Godrej Professional ship outside India?

    At present, Godrej Professional only ships within India. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!

  • Can I change my shipping information?

    Yes, the shipping information can be changed via your account for future orders. However, once an order is placed, the shipping information cannot be changed.

  • What are the timings for the helpline number?

    Our Customer Care services are now available between Monday to Friday (working days) from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm only. They will not be available on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays.
